Upon receiving the return request, Hotel Shreedevi will inspect the product and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria stated in section 1.
If the return is approved, customers will be notified, and instructions for the return process will be provided.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Hotel Shreedevi. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The product must be securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipping process.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, Hotel Shreedevi will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
